An AI wine pairing app built on OpenAI. Say the dish out loud or snap a photo of your plate, and it pairs from thousands of bottles across regions, grapes, and price points. Giordano Scalzo leads engineering as CTO, from the model work to the App Store build.

Fifteen-plus years building mobile software, most of it for consumer apps with millions of installs. He leads the product and mobile team and takes a rough idea all the way to a live listing, with AI features that pull their weight rather than sit there for the demo. He's shipped for startups and names like Vodafone and Trainline.

Mattia Scalzo

Leads the offensive side, running the penetration tests and red team engagements with a focus on how AI systems fail under pressure. He's built checkout and sneaker bots himself, which is exactly why he's good at catching them, and he reads Shopify and Supreme storefronts for the holes attackers actually use. He breaks things so nobody else gets to.
